Ingredients
2 Tbsp Tailgaters Beer Mustard
6 eggs
1 ½ Tbsp baking powder
1 can beer
4 fish filets
Flour as needed
Preparation
Beat mustard, eggs, and beer until well mixed.
Add baking powder and enough flour to make a thick batter.
Dip fish In batter.
Fry in hot deep grease (375 degrees) until golden brown.
