Ingredients
1-2 tbsp Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cup Syrup
1 tsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
1 cup fine almond flour
2 large eggs
1/3 cup almond milk
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp melted butter
pinch of salt
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour and baking powder. Stir until combined.
Add milk, butter, and Skinny Syrups and stir until combined.
Add eggs and dash of salt. Whisk until all ingredients are combined.
Using a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour 1/4 cup of mixture onto skillet.
Cook each side until golden. Repeat with rest of batter.
Serve warm and top with desired toppings.
